Our approach to data and security is vital to our success as a cloud software provider and hold data with the European Economic Area (EEA) within cloud hosting architecture that protects against accidental loss, unauthorized access, business continuity and disaster recovery in order to restrict access to personal information and provide the highest data security regimes.

We will hold data you have supplied us for one calendar year after which the information will be erased electronically. At any other point you may also request us to delete any current information held by also emailing info@assettrac.co.uk.

Do we share the data we hold on you?

No, we do not share any data held on you with any third party other than to comply with the supply of specific services you have requested from us. If we do not supply any services that you are interested in then we will ask you whether you would like your details passed on to those who can fulfill certain specific requirements outside of our service provision.
